Trials are conducted during the week and on Saturdays if possible, as you can appreciate our weekends are full with weddings. Our studio is located centrally just north of the river, making it convenient and easy to get too.

Any prices quoted via telephone or email should be treated as estimates, until we see you personally and know exactly what you require us to do, by discussing the work to be performed.

We never like to keep a client waiting so if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due the week of your wedding/special occasion.

If paying by business or personal cheque for the final payment, these must be paid two weeks before the wedding day/ special occasion. Unfortunately cheques are not accepted for trials or purchase of products.

Deposits for all services are not refundable, but may be exchanged for a credit voucher to be used for future services within six months.

When staying in a hotel or an apartment it is the clients responsibility to organize parking (and payment if required) for the stylist/artist.

Early Morning/Evening (Before 7.30am/after 6pm) will incur an additional fee of $40 per stylist/artist.

 Travel costs:

Zone 1: from 1 to 30kms from the CBD there is no charge.

Zone 2: 31 to 70kms a small fee of $40 per stylist/artist is required.

Zone 3: 70kms or more will need to be discussed

If your Special Occasion falls on a Long Weekend or Public Holiday there will be an additional 10% surcharge to all services

Although our best effort is made to keep appointments, times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances - such as traffic.

Wedding Belles Hair & Makeup reserves the right to cancel or postpone any service, due to illness or misadventure of a stylist/artist. We always endeavour to make alternative arrangements where possible.

Wedding Belles Hair & Makeup have allowed an hour for each appointment, if for any reason you or your bridal party is over half an hour late for your appointments, we are under no obligation to stay back past the time allocated and finish the job, where possible we will try to meet the allocated appointments but unfortunately we may have another wedding to attend. There will be no refund for late or missed appointments.
